Designed to completely assist you with your special day. We facilitate all arrangements, including the signing of contracts with the vendors of your choice. This package includes selection and scheduling of the following:

  • Wedding Day Itinerary
  • Coordination and Attendance of Rehearsal
  • Scheduling Hair, Nail, and Makeup Appointments and Spa Sessions for Bridal Party
  • Supervision of Vendors and Details at Wedding & Reception
  • Seating Instructions for Ushers
  • Verification that Rings and Marriage License are On Site
  • Placing Candles & Alter Items
  • Placing Items at Guest Book Stand and Gift Table
  • Arranging Favors, Name Cards, Toasting Flutes and Cake Knives.
  • Issuing Vendor Gratuities on Your Behalf
  • Assisting with accommodations for out of town guests if necessary

COST:
Up to 100 Guests: $2400*
101 to 175 Guests: $3000*
176 to 300: $3600*
301+ Guests: $3900*

Arranging for clean up after reception and returning items to vendors: $200

Decorating of Ceremony and Reception Site: Priced per Event. Additional Coordination of Welcome Reception, Rehearsal Dinner, Gift Basket Delivery, Wine Tours and other items not detailed on this list will incur additional fees. Coordinator remains on site through dinner and first dances, assuring reception details are underway and functioning smoothly prior to departure. If coodinator is required to stay until end of evening, additional fee will be incurred.
 
*Please note: Package prices reflect coordination services only. Vendors' rates and prices are not included. All prices quoted are based upon events within a 20 mile radius of Traverse City - there may be a mileage charge for events outside the designated area.
