Day of Event

For the couple that would like to plan and schedule the wedding themselves, but wants to relax and enjoy the events of the wedding day, we offer two packages that allow you, your family and friends to do just that. These packages are:
 

Simply On Site

Includes:
• Pinning corsages and boutonnieres on family members, groomsmen
and honored guests before ceremony
• Distributing bouquets to bride and bridesmaids before ceremony
• Seating instructions for ushers
• Verifying that rings and marriage license are on site
• Placing candles & alter items
• Organizing and lining up parents and wedding party for processional
• Other miscellaneous details and errands for bride and groom at ceremony site
• Placing favors, name cards, table names, seating charts, cake knife and centerpieces as necessary at reception site
• Placing items at guest book stand & gift table
• Welcoming and directing guests at reception site
• Coordinating details pertaining to introduction of wedding party, toasts, grace, beginning of dinner hour, releasing guest tables for buffet, etc. at reception site
• Consulting with DJ/Band prior to departure to ensure that all details pertaining to specialty dances and moments and flow of remaining evening is understood

COST: $550 (4 Hour Package)

Day of Event Package

Includes details featured in Simply on Site Package plus:…
• Coordinator Consultations with Bride and Groom Prior to Wedding
• Coordinator Consultations with Scheduled Vendors Prior to Wedding
• Wedding Day Itinerary
• Coordination and Attendance of Rehearsal
• Supervision of All Vendors and Details at Wedding & Reception
(Includes staying at reception as long as we deem necessary)
• Issuing Vendor Gratuities on Your Behalf

COST: $1195


    Arranging for clean up after reception and returning items to vendors $200. Decorating of ceremony and reception site priced per event

    *Please note: Package prices reflect coordination services only. Vendors’ rates and prices are not included. All prices quoted are based upon events within a 20-mile radius of Traverse City – there may be a mileage charge for events outside the designated area.
 
OPTIONS:
Ceremony Only Coordination: $600
(Coordination and Attendance of Rehearsal included)
Vendor Scheduling: $550
Consultations Only: $200 minimum for 3 hours, $45/hour for additional hours
