Michigan Sweet & Simple Wedding Packages
Our "Vegas Style" Wedding Up North

Specially designed for the couple that wants to slip away for a beautiful and romantic get-away wedding…for just the two of you or with a few guests.
 

An intimate, stress-free ceremony…the details coordinated for you…everything in place so you can marry the one you love…

If this sounds like the wedding of your dreams, one of our MichiganSweet & Simple Packages is just for you! These packages are designed for just the two of you, or, you may elect to bring along a small group of family and friends for a maximum of 20 total persons including bride, groom and wedding party. All Sweet & Simple Packages include 20 chairs.

  • Old Mission Inn–
    Historic Inn on West Grand Traverse Bay on Old Mission Peninsula north of Traverse City
  • Homestead Resort –
    Elope at the Homestead Resort, Glen Arbor, MI. Events By The Bay personnel officiate these intimate and beautiful ceremonies. For more information and to reserve your date. (click here)
  • Rivershire –
    Private Residence on the pristine Boardman River south of Traverse City (view more)

Choose from one of these all-inclusive packages :

Please note: All packages are shown with an hour time limit. However, wedding party and guests may begin arriving one half hour prior to the ceremony time, allowing wedding party and guests to be on site for a total of 90 minutes.

Package #1 – Elope at Rivershire

  • Ceremony at Rivershire on the Boardman River (One Hour Time Limit)
  • Officiant/Coordinator
  • Bride's Bouquet, Choice of One Dozen Roses or Garden Mix
  • Groom’s Boutonniere with Single Rose
  • Champagne Toast with Toasting Flutes for Bride and Groom
  • Small Decorated Wedding Cake (feeds 20 people)

COST: $1200

Package #2 – Sweet & Simple Ceremony
at Old Mission Inn

  • Ceremony Location including a dressing room one half hour prior to the ceremony, 1 hour for ceremony on the grounds, one half hour for pictures after the ceremony. A backup room and/or gazebo tent will be available in case of bad weather. Bathrooms are also available if necessary.
  • Representative from Events By The Bay to coordinate details and officiate the ceremony
  • Bouquet of 12 roses for the bride and boutonniere of a single rose for the groom
  • Chairs for guests
  • Decorated, 2-Layer Wedding Cake (feeds at least 20 people)
  • Bottle of Champagne and 2 Toasting Flutes

COST: $1550


Note: Rivershire can be booked as a Ceremony Only site for up to 20 people with a One Hour Time Limit - $650.00 (includes chairs)
